SCHOOL RESOURCE DEPUTIES

 The Polk County Sheriff’s Office places School Resource Deputies within the educational environment. These deputies assist school administration with problems that arise on campus that may involve students, parents, teachers or school visitors. They provide a law enforcement presence in our schools and investigate reports of criminal activity that occur on school property.
